In 2017, the company delves into working on an expansion strategy and added a card issuing platform (EazyFuel) which specializes in fleet and fuel card payments. This platform helps customers to maintain control of spending, supports promotional offers in terms of discounts with improved acceptance which is determined by loyalty and recognition depending on the type of card. [2]

AI corporation has contacted ACN Business Consult to research the impact of Brexit proposed restrictions on international drivers to understand how this might affect have affected their business and the new fuel card system so far.

Proposed Project

The United Kingdom cast a ballot to leave the European Union on 23 June 2016, which prompted a striking change in the financial business sectors.[3] After this development, there have been mixed reactions to the referendum one of which is the economic impact it had on the country which leads us to the problem at hand. As a business in the financial sector, and because Brexit has a huge financial and business impact; in the case of AI corporation, then it is important to know how this referendum has affected so far or might continue to affect business in the case of AI corporation.

The overall aim of this project is to investigate and analyse how the Brexit referendum has affected international drivers about AI corporations with the following objectives;

  • To understand what the Brexit referendum means for international drivers.

  • To investigate the customer database and determine if there are any changes in the AI corporation fuel card usage post-Brexit.

  • To understand if these effects as a result of Brexit will continue or change.

Value Expectation: Results from this research will help AI Corporation stakeholders make informed decisions about products and promotional offers for their customers.

(i.e., customers that use the EazyFuel platform) through secondary research.
