Project Description
Hertfordshire Investment Corporation’s Engineering Department embarks on a new project with the aim to design a new avionic system for a new aircraft. The project is labelled as the Avionic System Design (ASD). The Avionics System Design (ASD) will be carried out sequentially in two phases namely. The phase A of the ASD project is named System Architecture Design while the phase B is named avionics software design and coding. The purpose of this report is to provide the project definition which was used in formulating the project processes to have an estimated time and cost to complete the project. The information below has been derived from the data that has been given by the company.
Furthermore, the research also includes the possibility of extension of days and the risk that the company might face that could affect the project deadline. The report also highlights to the manager what should be cautious of in order to have a smooth and successful implementation of the project.
